Moment.ai has a partnership with George Washington University to train,
test and optimize our patented technology through the university’s
Transportation Lab. Dr. Samer Hamdar, an associate professor of civil
and environmental engineering at GWU, leads the research and testing
of our technology.
Using simulators to capture high-quality image and video datasets, Dr.
Hamdar and his team train and test advanced AI systems to predict and
detect health abnormalities and stress-induced medical events, such as
driver fatigue; driver seizure; driver stroke; and driver sudden cardiac
arrest, which all can contribute to or even cause traffic accidents.
From the lab to simulated environments, clinical trials, close courses and public roads, we continuously test our
technology to perform safely and reliably across diverse conditions.
